Professional Experience

Geological Engineer with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining project management across Peru, Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador. Currently General Manager of NED GEOMINE SAC, leading operational management, strategic planning and negotiation of exploration and mining consulting projects. Associate Professor at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in geology, mining and environmental management. Former Exploration Manager at Stellar Mining Peru Ltd. and Geology Manager at EREP SAC, where he led high-performance teams, designed exploration programs and supported the acquisition of advanced projects and mining assets. Previously Regional Exploration Manager at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A., participating in the discovery of Yanacocha and leading major discoveries such as La Zanja, Tantahuatay and Los Pircos, as well as contributing to Antapite and Trapiche. Early career experience includes project management and evaluation of epithermal, porphyry, skarn and mesothermal gold systems in Peru.
