Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure that it complies with all the requirements listed below. Submissions that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to the author(s).

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses an 11-point font size; employs italics rather than underlining (except for URLs); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in their appropriate locations within the text.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines .
