My research group seeks development biodegradable films with bioactive properties from residue vegetable produced by food industry. The results obtained so far have yielded 21 publications in indexed scientific journals, such as Food Hydrocolloids, Carbohydrate Polymers, LWT - Food Science and Technology, Journal of Food science, Journal of Nanomaterial, Journal of Food Engineering and others.
