Certificate of Article Acceptance
To request a Certificate of Scientific Article Acceptance from SCIÉNDO, complete the University Single Administrative Request Form (FUT) and attach proof of payment of the certification fee.

1. Complete the FUT form
In the Universidad Nacional de Trujillo FUT form, expressly request the Certificate of Scientific Article Acceptance.
2. Make the payment
Pay the certification fee and keep the payment receipt (voucher).

Select the payment-by-code option for Fondo Editorial (Editorial Fund) and enter 005-166-19.

Send the completed FUT form and payment receipt to the following email address:

Important: Both documents—the completed FUT form and proof of payment—are required. Incomplete requests cannot be processed.
