Influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de una empresa: Factores, métodos e impacto

Resumen

El objetivo de esta revisión fue analizar la literatura científica sobre la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral, examinando factores clave, métodos de evaluación y su impacto. Los hallazgos muestran que un clima positivo se asocia con mayor satisfacción laboral, compromiso y productividad en grandes corporaciones, PYMES y el sector tecnológico. Este entorno reduce la rotación, optimiza el uso de las habilidades del capital humano e incrementa la productividad. En el sector sanitario, motiva al personal y mejora la atención al paciente. La cultura organizacional emerge como una variable clave que potencia el efecto del clima en el rendimiento. Asimismo, las habilidades gerenciales, especialmente aquellas orientadas a fomentar el trabajo en equipo, resultan fundamentales. La percepción de un clima de apoyo varía según el contexto, como evidencian estudios en los sectores educativo y bancario. Metodologías como el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC) y los Modelos de Ecuaciones Estructurales (MES) permiten validar instrumentos y analizar relaciones complejas. Se concluye que la motivación y un ambiente propicio, sustentados por comunicación transparente y reconocimiento, son esenciales para un rendimiento superior y una mayor eficacia organizacional, reflejada en indicadores financieros y retención del talento.
