Comercio Electrónico Y Comportamiento De Compra De Electrodomésticos: Una Revisión A La Literatura

El estudio tuvo como propósito examinar cómo la pandemia de COVID-19 impactó la relación entre el comercio electrónico y los hábitos de compra en el sector retail. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de estudios académicos publicados entre 2020 y 2025, empleando bases de datos reconoci-das como Scopus, Web of Science y ScienceDirect. La investigación incluyó el análisis de 45 artículos que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión definidos. Los hallazgos muestran que la pandemia actuó como catalizador para la adopción masiva del e-commerce, modificando de forma duradera los patro-nes de comportamiento de los consumidores. Entre los factores clave identificados se destacan la con-veniencia, la percepción de seguridad, la experiencia del usuario y la confianza en los entornos digita-les, elementos decisivos en las elecciones de compra online. En conclusión, el comercio electrónico ha emergido como el principal canal dentro del retail, demandando estrategias omnicanal que respondan a las exigencias cada vez más sofisticadas de los consumidores digitales.
