Estrategias de solución al Problema de Agencia en la gobernanza de las PYME

El artículo de revisión se enfoca en explorar las estrategias de solución al Problema de Agencia en la gobernanza de las PYME a nivel mundial. Se empleó el método Elementos de Informes Preferidos para Revisiones Sistemáticas y Metaanálisis (PRISMA) para llevar a cabo la revisión de la literatura. A partir de una exhaustiva búsqueda en 5 bases de datos, se identificaron inicialmente 216 artículos que contenían al menos uno de los términos de interés en su título o resumen; sin embargo, tras un riguroso proceso de selección, únicamente 7 artículos satisficieron todos los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos. Los resultados destacan la escasez de investigaciones que aborden integralmente el Problema de Agencia en el contexto de las PYME. Se evidencia la complejidad inherente a estos problemas, subrayando la necesidad de considerar una variedad de factores, tales como la estructura de propiedad, el financiamiento y la gobernanza, al abordar estos desafíos. En consecuencia, se resalta la necesidad de futuros trabajos que profundicen en este campo, con el fin de proporcionar un mayor entendimiento y desarrollar estrategias efectivas para mejorar la gobernanza en las PYME.
