Melanoma maligno metastásico como causa de intusucepción íleo ileal
Abstract
Una mujer de 37 años, procedente de Trujillo, diagnosticada con melanoma cutáneo maligno (MCM) estadio IV debido a múltiples metástasis gastro intestinales tratadas con DTIC, y logrando una respuesta complete. La paciente llegó a emergencia, 3 años después, refiriendo náuseas, vómitos y dolor abdominal severo.
